- All items are shipped by Canada Post
- Order will be shipped within 1-5 business days of your order.
- We cannot guarantee delivery dates so please keep this in mind and allow for enough time when making your purchase.
- Shipping fees are non refundable once they have been paid
- La Belle Vie is not responsible for lost in mail items
- You are responsible for any return shipping costs if your item needs to be exchanged or store credited.
IN STORE PICK UP
- Please Allow up to 48 hours for your in store pick up orders to be fulfilled
- You will receive an email once your order has been filled and is ready for pick up
- All in store pick up orders must be picked up at the store location at 5709 176 Street, Surrey, BC, V3S 4C9
- Please have a valid Photo ID upon arrival for verification
- All orders must be picked up within 14 days of your purchase date as space is limited in our store
EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT POLICY

- Exchanges/returns are accepted up to 14 days after your purchase date

- Any items returned/exchanged must be in the same condition received
- A Gift card will be emailed to you for the returned product once it has been inspected and meets return policy requirements
- Customers are responsible for any shipping return costs
