Exchange & Shipping Policies

Customer Satisfaction is extremely important to us, if you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase please see below our exchange policy.


  • To initiate an Exchange/Store Credit please email 
  • Exchanges/Store Credit are accepted up to 14 days after your purchase date
  • Receipt is required for any exchange 
  • Any items exchanged must be in the same condition received
  • A Store Credit will be emailed to you once the product has been received
  • Customers are responsible for any shipping return costs
  • Exchanges may not always be available if we do not have the item in stock
  • Seasonal Items & Sale Items are Final Sale
  • All orders will be shipped with a tracking number
  • Order will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days of your order.
  • * We do not Ship to PO BOXES* 
  • Shipping fees are non refundable once they have been paid 
  • La Belle Vie is not responsible for lost items 
  • La Belle Vie is not responsible for resending orders that are unable to be delivered due to address provided by customer or unclaimed items sent to post office for pick up.
  • *Please note remote or some rural communities (Post Code has 1 or more "O" in the 2nd, 3rd or 6th digit, e.g. Red Lake ON POV 2MO) away from major routes, remote islands, and Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut) will incur additional shipping charges depending on your actual location and distance from our store, you will be contacted by our staff in that case.

    • Please Allow up to 48 hours for your in store pick up orders to be fulfilled
    • You will receive an email once your order has been filled and is ready for pick up

    • All orders must be picked up within 14 days of your purchase date as space is limited in our store
