Customer Satisfaction is extremely important to us, if you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase please see below our exchange policy.
EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT POLICY
- To initiate an Exchange/Store Credit please email email@example.com
- Exchanges/Store Credit are accepted up to 14 days after your purchase date
- Any items exchanged must be in the same condition received
- A Store Credit will be emailed to you once the product has been received
- Customers are responsible for any shipping return costs
- Exchanges may not always be available if we do not have the item in stock
- Seasonal Items & Sale Items are Final Sale
- All orders will be shipped with a tracking number
- Order will be fulfilled within 1-5 business days of your order.
- Shipping fees are non refundable once they have been paid
- La Belle Vie is not responsible for lost items
- La Belle Vie is not responsible for resending orders that are unable to be delivered due to address provided by customer or unclaimed items sent to post office for pick up.
- Please Allow up to 48 hours for your in store pick up orders to be fulfilled
- You will receive an email once your order has been filled and is ready for pick up

- All orders must be picked up within 14 days of your purchase date as space is limited in our store
