Customer Satisfaction is extremely important to us, if you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase please see below our exchange policy.


  • To initiate an Exchange/Store Credit please email 
  • Exchanges/Store Credit are accepted up to 14 days after your purchase date
  • Receipt is required for any exchange 
  • Any items exchanged must be in the same condition received
  • A Store Credit will be emailed to you once the product has been received
  • Customers are responsible for any shipping return costs
  • Exchanges may not always be available if we do not have the item in stock
  • Seasonal Items & Sale Items are Final Sale
  • All orders will be shipped with a tracking number
  • Order will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days of your order.
  • * We do not Ship to PO BOXES* 
  • Shipping fees are non refundable once they have been paid 
  • La Belle Vie is not responsible for lost items 
  • La Belle Vie is not responsible for resending orders that are unable to be delivered due to address provided by customer or unclaimed items sent to post office for pick up.
    • Please Allow up to 48 hours for your in store pick up orders to be fulfilled
    • You will receive an email once your order has been filled and is ready for pick up

    • All orders must be picked up within 14 days of your purchase date as space is limited in our store
